The Crompton KYP (Know Your Products) Portal is an online platform where Crompton employees can watch product training videos, participate in gamified quizzes, win certificates, and track their progress on a leader board.

You can log in to the portal using your official email address and entering the OTP received on email.
On the 1st time login, you will be requested to create a profile with your region, branch and function details. Subsequently, you can directly login using the OTP method. If you have any issues with logging in, please contact the support team for assistance.

Every time to login, you need to enter OTP received on your official email id. So, no hassle of remembering any passwords.

After logging in, navigate to the desired course on the dashboard. You can browse and watch available training videos at your convenience.

After successfully watching the video, go to “Start Assessment”. Follow the on-screen instructions to start the quiz.

You can score by participating in the gamified quizzes. Points are awarded for each correct answer.

Certificates are awarded to top-scoring performers for every course.

Certificates will be awarded to top performers and will be sent via email.

The leader board displays the top-performing employees based on the points they have earned. It is updated in real-time, allowing you to see your rank.
Your rank for the course will be displayed on the top, followed by the ranks of all top scorers.

Yes, you can view your total score in leader board section. Even while taking an assessment, your real time scores for the course will be displayed.
